Matt joined Equinix in 2012 and covers several industry sectors including Content & Digital Media, Manufacturing and Retail/wholesale supply chain transformation. Sitting as an overlay between the sales and technical teams he advises companies on ways to improve connectivity, global reach, end-user experience and cloud enablement through deployment on Equinix’s global interconnection platform. Prior to joining Equinix, Matt worked as a Digital Transformation Consultant for companies including Sky Germany and Ladbrokes. He started his career in the UK cable TV industry in the mid 90’s. He has led a number of senior marketing and business development positions at Flextech, TiVo, Sky and BT.

Matt joined the Equinix team in August 2018 as a Global Solutions Architect. He finds it rewarding working jointly on solutions with his team and collaborating with customers whilst applying my expertise to solve complex problems to define the best possible solution. His previous role was as an Infrastructure Manager for a software development company and having a background in enterprise IT meant that he supported organisations of varying sizes prior to starting his role at Equinix.

Andy has worked for Equinix for over sixteen years, providing solution design for managed services opportunities, predominantly around private or hybrid cloud. He has extensive experience architecting solutions in the managed services, data centre & interconnection industry, and wide-ranging knowledge of cloud, hosting, storage, networking and infrastructure with the ability to communicate technical concepts to all audiences.
