Ryan Sheldrake has 20+ years experience working in many roles within IT, ranging from Operator, Tech Support to Architect. A multi cloud advocate and early adopter of AWS, he now specialises in the Security and DevSecOps realms. Ryan has built hundreds of DevOps pipelines as a consultant and coached many Architects through the tools elements of digital transformation. Ryan is a DevOps ambassador with the DevOps Institute where he regularly contributes to e-books, webinars and focuses on the human and cultural side of DevOps. Outside of work, Ryan is a fitness fanatic. Running, indoor climbing, mountain biking. He can be found in the Great Yorkshire Forest when not at his desk.
Cheryl Razzell
Cheryl Razzell is a world-class technical leader with over 20+ years of experience in driving business value via technology. A seasoned public speaker, a digital disruptor, and a mentor & advocate for women in tech, Cheryl helps organisations implement a DevOps working practice. Able to drive business change management and business transformation agendas, Cheryl delivers digital service transition, ‘best in class’ technical services, technology upgrades & systems migration. She’s also an experienced departmental leader, able to engage with business stakeholders, executives and 3rd parties to drive ambitious technology strategies & roadmaps, aligned to core business needs.
Across her career, she’s brought her energy and expertise to companies like Apple, BBC, News International, and Yammer (later sold to Microsoft for $1.2BN). Now, she’s the VP of Engineering at Polystream – a cloud-technology company powering a new era of cloud-native experiences.
Ilkka Turunen
Ilkka Turunen is the Field CTO at Sonatype. His background is in software and systems engineering, acting as an architect for several commercial projects. He’s helped define everything from the software design to webscale infrastructure architectures and regularly works with companies across the world to understand and improve their software supply chain and continuous delivery pipelines.
